5 Easy Steps to Making Your Job/Internship Search Easier

Wouldn’t it be convenient if there was one place to search for job and internship opportunities? Well great news – there is!

It’s called crusadercareers and it is specifically for jobs and internships relevant to students here at Capital. This resource  gives you access to all types of opportunities like:

  • Internships
  • Part-time jobs
  • Full-time jobs (for entry-level and experienced levels)
  • Temporary/Seasonal Jobs

These opportunities are updated daily and checked by our career development staff so you can be assured they are legitimate and worthwhile. Check out these five easy steps on how to start your search:

Step 1: Type in crusadercareers.com. When the main page comes up, click on “Students.”

Step 2: This will take you to a log-in page. To log in, use your student ID number for your username and password. If you have trouble logging in, email us at careerdevelopment@capital.edu.

Step 3: When you are logged in, under the “Jobs and Internships” tab at the top there is a drop down menu. Click “Current Jobs.”

Step 4: Here you will see a list of all the job and internship positions posted. You can narrow your search by keyword (like your major or type of position you are looking for). You can also search by position type. Use the “Position Type” drop down menu to select one or more position types (part-time, internship, temporary/seasonal, etc.).

You can also sort your list by the date the position was posted, when the position will expire, the location of the position and so on.

Step 5: When you click on the position title you are interested in, you can see all the information about the position – a description, how to apply, the number of hours required, compensation, etc.
